Lead HSE Engineer (Site-Based)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site HSE activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and local regulations.

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.

Interface with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders on all HSE matters.

Conduct regular audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented.

Provide HSE leadership to site teams, including mentoring and training junior staff.

Ensure all HSE documentation is up to date and in accordance with PMC standards and project deliverables.

Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 18 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry.

Proven track record on major oil & gas projects (upstream/downstream).

Extensive experience in PMC roles and working with international EPC contractors.
-
Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
